Paul Fogal has been a D & L board member since January 2010. He volunteers his time and resources because he believes in the mission of the D&L Corridor. He has experienced first-hand what the Corridor can do and has done for the area. He views the goals and objectives of the D&L as both a quality of life enhancer and economic catalyst – both great assets for our communities. Paul is a former regional board member of the Pennsylvania Rails to Trails Conservancy and a current volunteer there. He is active in the Carbon County Chamber of Commerce and its Jim Thorpe Council, as well as with the Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau . An avid cyclist and paddler, in his spare time he is a rafting outfitter with Pocono Whitewater and lives in Jim Thorpe.
