Susan Taylor is the Executive Director of the Friends of the Delaware Canal, a non-profit organization that works to preserve and improve the Delaware Canal and its surroundings. Immersed in many water-related concerns, she is member of the Commonwealth-appointed Delaware Canal State Park Advisory Committee and a member of the Boards of the Delaware River Greenway Partnership and Friends of Lake Afton in her hometown, Yardley Borough. She pursues her interest in history on the Board of Directors of the Yardley Historical Association and the local Historical and Architectural Review Board. Her involvement with community enrichment and promotion is reflected by her activities on the Board of the Landmark Towns Initiative and the New Hope Borough Revitalization Committee.
