The Basics: This section connects Hugh Moore Park with the Forks of the Delaware (Easton), via the canal towpath. Users pass several locks and historic industrial remnants. At the Forks, the Lehigh and Delaware rivers and canals converge, making for some great views of the water and City of Easton.
The Details: The Hugh Moore Park trailhead includes ample parking and is also home to the main office of the Delaware and Lehigh National Heritage Corridor. The earthen canal towpath provides a relatively smooth surface.
