The section between Virginia Forrest Recreation Area and Odette’s (New Hope) is now open for use, but the northern portion of this section (Tinicum to Virginia Forrest Recreation Area) remains under construction for flood repairs. Please continue to exercise caution until all construction is finished. For complete up to date information please check the DCNR Delaware Canal State Park.
This 14.7-mile section connects Tinicum Park with New Hope. The towpath falls within Delaware Canal State Park.
