Invitation to bid for Delaware & Lehigh (D&L) Trail Connection Project - Palmer Trail to Hugh Moore Park
The Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor, Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation located in Easton, PA, Northampton County, will receive sealed bids until 4:00 P. M. Local Time, November 26, 2012, and will publicly open said bids after 10:00 A. M. Local Time, November 27, 2012, for the D & L TRAIL CONNECTION PROJECT - PALMER TRAIL TO HUGH MOORE PARK.
Bidding documents may be obtained at the D&L Office, 2750 Hugh Moore Park Road, Easton, PA 18042, upon a non-refundable payment of $20.00 per set, or downloadable at no charge via the D&L’s website at www.delawareandlehigh.org.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the site, intersection of Lehigh Street and Glendon Hill Road in the Borough of West Easton, on November 19, 2012, commencing at 1:00 P. M.
