The Easton Farmers Market, established in 1752, the year of the City’s founding, remains a rich and colorful piece of Easton’s heritage. The market stands proudly in its birthplace, the “Great Square” where it has served the needs of the people of Easton for 256 years. Farmers and Merchants came from near and far to sell their wares by horse and wagon.
Today the Market provides not only fresh organic produce and glorious flowers but pastured eggs and meat as well as artisan bread and cheese, honey, baked goods, fiber and fine crafts.
The Easton Farmers’ Market plays a new and important role in revitalizing the City by attracting families to the Great Square for healthy nutritious food grown on local farms and providing a sense of spirit and community that is beyond compare.
