Our wines begin in our hilltop vineyard, which is nestled between the Appalachian and Mahoning mountains in a perfect grape growing micro-climate. The vineyard keeps growing since its start in 1995; it now contains 11 acres, with more vines scheduled to be planted next year! The very same shale slopes that are now proudly covered with vineyard have been farmed by the Troxell family for more than 200 years. Our magnificent underground Stone Cellars, which have been renovated to process wine, were also part of farming history.
