“Hill Home Forge offers a relaxing getaway deep in the Pennsylvania Mountains. We have a two room suite with a king bed, balcony and fireplace; a loft unit with queen bed, balcony and fireplace; and a bedroom unit with a queen bed. All of our units have private baths, kitchenettes, individual heat and air conditioning, TV/VCR and wireless Internet access. Although our bed and breakfast is deep in the woods, we are 1,500 feet from the Switchback biking trail, two miles from Mauch Chunk Lake, and 1.5 miles from historic downtown Jim Thorpe.
If you live to eat, you will love Hill Home Forge. We are part of the organic farm to table network. We serve local free range eggs, fresh baked whole grain bread and produce in season from the local organic farm. Our full country breakfast is served in our dining room from the menu between 9-9:30am.
If you are interested in art, we teach polymer clay, stained glass and jewelry classes on request. We have an open studio from 1-3pm Saturday and Sunday, and a great art collection we invite you to enjoy. ”
