Jacobsburg offers environmental education programs from the preschool awareness to high school level problem solving programs, historical programs, teacher workshops and public interpretive programs. Once the site where the famous Henry Rifle was made, the Jacobsburg National Historic District lies almost entirely within the park. Henrys Woods offers very scenic hikes and the rest of the center grounds have multi-use trails.

Hours of Operation:

The Environmental Center office is open 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

The Center’s main parking area on Belfast Road is open from sunrise to sunset seven days a week.
