In 1966, we marked the Millennium of Poland’s Christianity with the dedication of the newly built Shrine. In the presence of John Cardinal Krol, Archbishop of Philadelphia, and Lyndon B. Johnson, President of the United States, over 100,000 pilgrims attended an outdoor Mass of Thanksgiving. In 2006, we celebrated the 40th Anniversary of that momentous occasion. We invite you to join us during the summer months for the many feasts and celebrations scheduled.
