The Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor and Mauch Chunk Trust Company are proud to announce the inaugural Trust Run/Walk 5K on the D&L Trail and the children’s Trusty Trail Trot! Register for the event and join us for a morning of exercise and fun! This community event has something for everyone; a free event for kids up to 13 years, then for everyone else, an out and back 5K run/walk on the D&L Trail. This flat and fast course starts at the Carbon County Trailhead to the Nesquehoning Bridge and back to the Trailhead. Registration and awards will take place near the MCT Railroad Station Branch Office in historic downtown Jim Thorpe.
Registration Fee: FREE (Trusty Trail Trot - kids up to 13 years)
$20 (5K Run/Walk - over 13 years) $25 (after August 16)
Course: Course begins at the Carbon County Trailhead, follows the D&L Trail to the Nesquehoning Bridge and finishes back at the Trailhead.
