The Upper Lehigh River is a mecca for serious fishermen. Stretching from the narrows of Lehigh Gorge State Park to the flats just north of Allentown, the Upper Lehigh provides a myriad of fishing opportunities, from fly fishing for trout to going deep for bass. Whether by boat or from the shore, you can find great fishing along the entire stretch. A number of outfitters provide guided fishing outings.
