The Weissport section of the D&L Trail terminates just south of Jim Thorpe’s waste water treatment plant, with no access to or from the town of Jim Thorpe. There is not a public trailhead at this location. Trail users will need to access the northern portion of the Weissport section, via the Weissport trailhead.
